Privacy Policy

Last updated October 3, 2026

Dolce Notte ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

Dolce Notte is responsible for this website. You can reach us at hello@dolcenotte.shop.

No accounts, forms or newsletter

This website has no customer accounts, sign-up forms, newsletter or online shop. We don't ask you for any personal information.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). When you visit, your browser automatically sends technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This data is used only to deliver the website and keep it secure, and it is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). AWS processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Visitor statistics

To see how our pages are used, we count page views and clicks on links (such as our Instagram and Facebook buttons) without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. Your IP address is used only briefly to determine your country and to recognise repeat visits on the same day through a one-way code that changes daily; it is not stored. We only keep totals (for example: visits per page, country and language). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

We only use what is technically necessary to run this website. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again. We would only use cookies or similar technologies to measure our advertising if you agree in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Social media

Our pages link to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook and to the Instagram profiles of the models in our photos. These are plain links: no data is sent to Meta unless you click one. Once you are on those platforms, Meta's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@dolcenotte.shop. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

We may update this policy when our website changes. The current version is always available on this page.
